Back Porch Event Management agrees to the following:
  • Provide a booth 10' x 10’ in size (unless otherwise agreed upon).
  • We will provide exhibitor access to booth site 1½ hours prior to and after each day’s public hours. Not including setup and takedown times.












Fees:
All fees are due and payable upon registering for the show; this registration is a legal binding contract that the applicant, company or individual completing are responsible for and accepted as such once completed. When your registration is received Back Porch Event Management will e-mail the show applicant an invoice for your records in a PDF format. Payment is due upon delivery of the invoice. If a vendor unit is reserved and then canceled, all monies will be forfeited. As a courtesy, Back Porch Event Management will attempt to re-lease the space. If the space is re-leased, at our discretion, a percentage of the total monies will be refunded.
